Perhaps they should take Rao’s advice and put a leash on it before taking it outside.

Maybe the robot is solar-powered, hence it needs to be in places with lots of sunlight.
Fun fact, our sun’s official name is Sol and the moon’s official name is Luna. I wonder what the names of the sun and moon(s) of the Wukrii world are. Most people don’t think about that sort of worldbuilding.
We already got moon power, electricity and fruit as potential power sources, so solar power doesn’t feel like a stretch at this point!

Maybe it was designed to work on multiple energy sources, it provides greater energy efficiency and it’s provided with alternate ways to power itself if/when the primary power source is inaccessible.
What a brilliant idea Ms Can’t-even-keep-track-of-it-indoors. Personally, I think it’s just recharging in the sunlight.
Maybe it will find the outdoors less interesting and be much easier to keep track of!
Seeing Cyb ability to disappear quickly , i don’t think it’s a good idea to take him out

Maybe it’s found God.
It now worships the skylight god!
These guys lose the robot INDOORS.
Taking it outside pretty much guarantees the robot will appear on a milk carton. Have you seen ME.exe?
Rao’s leash idea might be the best solution in this case!
