The little guy looks kinda overwhelmed. Is it the sunlight, or the change in the landscape from what he remembers about the last time he saw Wukrii? After all, he spent thousands of years in a cave, woke up inside Jigin’s house, and woke again inside Rao’s garage. Seeing modern day Wukrii might be a real shock.

His pupils are probably just un-dilating in response to a sudden increase in brightness. You know, just like human eyes do.
