She’s not used to dealing with subordinate spirits, for the time being. Thankfully, what has been summoned isn’t malicious or hostile; that said, it does seem to be expressing a benign trickster nature, for the time being.

Imagine if the Wispfii’s warning her not to wade any farther because of a dropoff… Hopefully she gets the hint.
It seems we’re not in a pokemon world , where tamers can understand what their pets says ……. So much for a Sasha and the “pika , pika” words
She’s been with them long enough she sort has an idea of how they work.
I just realised, Kiki’s tail is basically all floof. The tail itself is the width of her little finger.
Meanwhile, I’m on tenterhooks to resolve the mystery of the incendiary wispfii…

Just a long shot here, but could Wispfii maybe be trying to warn Kiki about something in the water?

Coming from a fox, it’s not surprise it would be quite the trickster.

My guess is that the little wisp is trying to alert her to danger incoming.
