Well Rao’s mood has certainly improved a lot.
Well it’s third “eye” is still closed as well so it might not be at 100%. Or maybe it simply doesn’t understand what anyone is saying; language evolves so maybe it’s temporary lost in translation.
He’s definitely done grieving over the lost of his poor electroscopic station!

The creators are ancient aliens that used the robot for army’s defense, but unfortunately the people says that the “weirdos” that say these things are just merchandizers that invented stories to tourustuc attractions.

I’d have some questions too if I woke up to seeing a tanuki girl and big dragon rabbit!
Well of course it looks weaker, you forced it to wake up!
You know how people get when they don`t wake up naturally, they are all groggy and weak! 
Clearly it’s in need of some robot coffee after this rude awakening!

I guess being surrounded by so many books in Jigin’s library would do that.

It also seems to have a third eye on the forehead that’s not open or active
