He does seem to be the kind of character that chose make his social skills and Charisma his primary stats, if he were built using a D&D character builder, chances are he would have sunk most of his points into his Social attributes and skills if he had been made using a WoD character builder.
Matthew has to push those social skills and charisma in order to be a well traveled explorer and author of a number of popular best selling books!

I’m fairly certain Kiuwi wouldn’t have minded at all to be “inconvenienced” from completing the other half of his mail route any time soon.
Kiuwi’s excitableness is certainly strong! But even Kiuwi knows that he’s still on the work clock, and time is always money!
